Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show if the slot cannot be adjusted.
