Welcome to Fluffy Floof! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, website, and booking platforms. By making a booking, visiting our premises, or using our website https://www.fluffyfloof.com, you agree to comply with these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

 

1. About Us

Fluffy Floof provides pet grooming, boarding, daycare, and pet supply services in United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

2. Booking & Appointments
  • Bookings can be made via:

  • Booking Confirmation:
    Bookings are only confirmed after we acknowledge your request via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  • Arrival Policy:
    We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
    If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your confirmed appointment time, it may be considered a no-show and our cancellation policy will apply. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations:
    Please notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment for cancellations or changes.

  • No-Shows:
    A no-show is defined as arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time without prior notice. Missed appointments without timely cancellation may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

4. Payment Terms
  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash (in person)

    • Card payments (in person)

    • Online payments via Stripe or Ziina

  • Payments must be settled at the time of service unless agreed otherwise in advance.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.

5. Late Pick-Ups Policy

We kindly ask that pets are picked up within 45 minutes after the grooming session is completed.
If pick-up is delayed beyond this 45-minute window, daycare charges will apply.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to Fluffy Floof’s pick-up window policy.

6. Pet Health & Safety
  • All pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of illness or aggressive behavior.

  • Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues at the time of booking.

7. Liability
  • While we take all reasonable care during grooming and boarding, Fluffy Floof is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing conditions or reactions.

    • Minor injuries that can occur during grooming such as small nicks or skin irritations.

  • Pets left with us are at the owner's risk, though we will take all steps to ensure their safety and comfort.

8. Marketing & Photos
  • We may take photos or videos of your pet during their visit for promotional use on social media and our website.

  • If you do not wish for your pet's image to be used, please inform us at the time of booking or drop-off.

9. Use of Our Website
  • You agree not to misuse our website https://www.fluffyfloof.com or attempt to interfere with its security or accessibility.

  • We may update our website content and services at any time without notice.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
